In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install look-ahead-schedule-planning

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent imports activities from the master schedule, adds constraints, analyzes make-ready status and produces a two-, three- or six-week look-ahead with a daily plan. You get a short-term schedule report and crew assignments.
