In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install looping-cover-gif

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent turns a newsletter or article cover into a 896 × 640 px looping GIF: 180 frames at 20 fps. Only the element you name moves, the loop is rotated so the first frame shows the finished picture, and the seam is measured rather than estimated. You get a cover that draws the eye without looking busy.
