Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install m365-agents-python

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sets up aiohttp hosting, AgentApplication routing, streaming responses and MSAL authentication, with the required environment variables. Acceptance reference files are not included in this copy, and the agent says so. You get an agent skeleton ready to complete.
