Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install maintainer-workload-plan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent compares real incoming requests with available hours, ranks possible moves (narrow scope, recruit a co-maintainer, move to maintenance mode, seek funding, step down with a handover) and drafts a status block for the README. You get a dated sustainability plan.
