Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install maintainx-enterprise-access-control

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines the role hierarchy (organization admin, location manager, technician), a permission middleware and API keys scoped by location. It also covers user and team management and audit logging. You get an access model to apply to your integration.
