Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install managed-channel-code

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent tells a CLI-generated project apart from one that is not, then edits the channel declaration, the long-running host and the awaited activation call. It checks that the channel replies and looks for the failure where the channel is online but silent.
