Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install manual-qa-session-runbook

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent builds the context, drafts a prioritized test plan and publishes a runbook the tester can follow straight away. It then drives the app in a browser, writes one reproducible bug file per defect and updates the runbook with its verdicts. It never changes the tracker.
