Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install map-codebase-unified-architecture

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent turns the code into feature-grouped flowcharts, finds duplicated concerns across features, then proposes the simplest unified architecture. Subagents do the reading while the agent keeps the synthesis. You get diagrams, a duplication report and a /make-plan prompt per system.
