Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install market-size-tam-sam-som-2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines the market, builds the TAM bottom-up, narrows it to the SAM using the filters actually applied and caps the SOM by team capacity. It cross-checks against a top-down figure and sets a refresh rhythm for each layer.
