Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install max-model-v2-to-v3-migration

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the mapping guide, rewrites imports and signatures, replaces graph building with compile(), then aligns weight names. It then checks that greedy outputs stay identical to the V2 version. You get an equivalent V3 model.
