Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install memory-palace-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent inspects the existing setup before any change, installs the CLI if needed, chooses the topology with you, initializes the palace for the installed version, then configures the MCP server and hub identity. It never rebuilds an existing palace.
