Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install mermaid-diagram-builder

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first clarifies the message and the audience, chooses the diagram type (flowchart, sequence, Gantt, mind map, user journey…), then writes the Mermaid code. You get a plain version and a styled version, with instructions to preview it and export to SVG, PNG or PDF.
