Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install mermaid-diagram-rendering

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates or renders Mermaid diagrams (flowcharts, sequence, state, class, ERD or XY charts): as SVG for documentation, PNG for sharing or ASCII text for the terminal. It runs locally without a browser, with 15 built-in themes and custom colours, and can convert a whole folder.
