In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install messaging-channel-insert-salesforce

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Internal use only: this skill is called by service-de-headless-channel-configure, which also handles routing and activation. The agent validates the type and inputs, checks that the channel does not already exist, then inserts it through the Connect API; only the conditions specific to each type differ.
