Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install migrate-pi-agent-to-pydantic-ai

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent traces the real request path of your Pi application, chooses the smallest Pydantic AI target, then migrates and verifies one vertical slice. It treats high-risk areas such as hooks, sessions and compaction separately. You get a migration proven on a real use case.
