Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install milestone-progress-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads the milestone data, checks codebase health and sorts features into fully complete, partially complete or blocked. It writes a review with a Go or No-Go recommendation. It stops if required data is missing. You get a milestone report.
