Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install minimal-change-coding-mode

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the code it touches, lists every place the change must reach (callers, tests, configuration), then delivers the simplest solution. It ends each reply with what it skipped and the risks to know. You get a reduced change and a short report.
