Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install monitor-stalled-delivery-tasks

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

For authorised projects and handoffs, the skill finds stalled tasks and notifies only when a next step has been verified. A task title, a branch, a green PR or an agent summary does not count as authorisation. It is meant for scheduled delivery follow-up.
