Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install msbuild-bottleneck-diagnosis

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent generates a binlog, measures slow targets and tasks and compares them with known thresholds, such as RAR above 5 seconds or analyzers above 30 percent of Csc. It explains the bottleneck and proposes a measured fix.
