Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install multi-agent-team-routing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent creates a markdown work folder, registers agents with their capability cards, opens contracts, then routes each task to the agent with the best track record on its tags. Settled lessons update the routing. You get a team that improves and routing decisions you can explain.
