Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install multi-persona-doc-review

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the document first, then assigns one reviewer per profile: a Claude Code newcomer, a power user, a plugin author, a skeptical senior engineer, or a decision-maker who will not run the project. Each gives a score out of five and names line-level problems, and the agent synthesizes them into ranked fixes.
