Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install multi-repo-ci-failure-rollout

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first fetches the live CI data, then rolls a reusable-*.yml out by repository class and re-triggers a PR after a fix lands on @main. You get a diagnosis based on the real state of the repos.
