Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install n8n-instance-targeting-safety

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent chooses, verifies and switches n8n instances when one MCP connection points to several: production, staging, teams or clients. It checks the target with a read-only health check and states the environment before any change. Credential operations require explicit confirmation.
