In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install negotiation-concession-planner

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

The agent interviews you about the deal, the counterpart and your margins, then builds a ledger of levers ranked by cost to you and value to the buyer. Each concession gets a required reciprocal get and an approval level. You leave with a one-page plan, equivalent packages to offer and the conditional sentences to say.
