Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install neon-branch-selection

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks whether you need real data or only a schema, for example for sensitive data. It creates the branch through the CLI or MCP and explains resetting from the parent. The schema-only branch is in beta according to the skill.
