In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install netlify-edge-middlewareWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent creates the function in netlify/edge-functions, declares the route in the configuration and writes the handler that reads the request and returns a response. You get edge-side logic, such as a country-based redirect, with its caching and error rules.
