Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install netlify-toml-routing-headers

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent fills in Netlify's configuration files at the project root: build command, publish directory, deploy contexts, single-page app rewrites, custom headers and variables. It flags secrets exposed to the client and settings that conflict with the interface. You get a consistent configuration ready to deploy.
