Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install netlify-user-login-roles

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent integrates @netlify/identity: sign-up and sign-in forms, OAuth providers, user checks in functions and role checks. It notes that Identity settings are made in the dashboard and that auth flows can only be tested on a deploy. You get pages gated by role.
