Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install notch-and-system-bar-insets

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent applies viewport-fit and env(safe-area-inset) values to your interface, then handles Capacitor 8's SystemBars plugin on Android, including enforced edge-to-edge. It also fixes offsets after rotation and in iPad windows. You get headers and tab bars that no longer sit under system elements.
