Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install npm-package-intelligence-cli

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the npm-pp-cli command to fetch an npm package's information and return it in structured form. It handles profile-based configuration and HTTP transport. The skill also lists cases where the CLI is not the right tool.
