Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install oci-iam-policy-syntax

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes policy statements such as Allow group X to manage Y in compartment Z, explains the verb hierarchy and offers tested patterns: compartment admin, read-only auditors, compute operators and network admins. It also covers API key setup.
