Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install oci-instance-debug-bundle

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the OCI CLI to retrieve serial console output, cloud-init logs, instance metadata and VCN flow logs, then bundles them into a .tar.gz archive. You get a package ready for analysis or for a support ticket.
