In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install offline-operation-queue

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

The agent writes a persistent operation queue on disk, with automatic retry and exponential backoff when connectivity returns, plus a conflict resolution policy. You get an app that accepts actions without a network and sends them once the connection is back.
