Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install offline-page-cache-proxy

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs web cache serve, a reverse proxy that saves each resource it serves. Once the cache is filled, the site replays with no network, no bot detection and no rate limits. The record and proxy commands also keep a page as a HAR file, replayed at its real URLs. You get a local copy for the migration.
