Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install onboard-generator-model-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent classifies the case, then runs the specialized skills in order: ecosystem, description, official model admin, coverage, gate rules, generation support, prompt enhancement guide and launch. It stops at each deploy. You get a draft model that only moderators can test.
