Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install openevidence-redacted-support-packet

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent gathers the context support needs (application, browser, workflow steps) and leaves out health data, credentials and speculative API probes. It separates observed facts from assumptions. You get a minimal, reproducible packet ready to send to support.
