In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install openrouter-fleet-cost-governance

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses the openrouter-pp-cli tool to compare models for a task, track what each scheduled job costs, check credit runway and spot cost spikes. A local usage ledger and failover maps underpin it. You get a budget per agent and alerts.
