In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install oracle-integration-test-scaffold

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent inspects the target project, creates the xUnit project, adds the base class that rolls back transactions and the seed data manager, then checks that the solution compiles. You get an empty test project ready to receive tests.
