In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install oracle-plsql-to-plpgsql

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the source procedure and table definitions, translates it into PL/pgSQL while handling Oracle-specific syntax, then writes the result to the PostgreSQL output folder. It can use orafce where appropriate.
