Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install org-package-release-readiness

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a script that sorts each package by its unpublished changes, then produces a report. Once you confirm, it prepares the release PRs, in team mode when several packages are involved. You get the release status and the PRs ready to review.
