Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install org-standards-drift-propagation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a script that checks for configuration files in each repository, then updates the shared .github repository first. It then propagates the fixes repository by repository, through worktrees and PRs, and reports the remaining drift. Declined suggestions are remembered.
