Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install org-wide-ci-status-scan

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a script that collects the latest CI runs on the main branch and the versions of the actions in use. It sorts the repositories, flags failures and stale workflows, then produces a report. Fixes are applied only after you confirm.
