Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install ota-and-store-release-pipeline

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent defines channels and versioning, adds a gate that chooses between an OTA update and a native build from the type of change, then wires both branches. It writes the rollback plan before the first release and handles secrets. You get one release chain that you control.
