In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install outbound-http-timeouts

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent finds HTTP clients built without a timeout, then applies default values for Apache HttpClient, OkHttp or java.net.http. This stops a slow remote service from blocking the request threads of AEM Cloud Service.
