Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install outbound-sequence-planner

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent interviews you about your target, channels, capacity and deadline, then drafts a touch table with day, channel, purpose and exit check. It works out what you can actually execute, sets the stop and recycle rules, and commits metric thresholds before launch. It does not write the messages: it points you to sibling skills for that.
