Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pace-agent-usage-limits

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

For long or parallel work, the agent runs a bounded wave, three subagents at most by default, waits for it to finish, then checks the five-hour and weekly limits. If either reaches 95% or more, it holds new launches until the window clears.
