Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install partner-tier-structure-design

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs an interview, proposes a tier structure, sets the criteria and benefits, then tunes the promotion and demotion thresholds. It also diagnoses an existing structure and plans the migration of the partner base. You get a tier specification ready for review.
