Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install past-session-transcript-search

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent targets the right project folder, runs a focused search across the JSON-lines transcripts, triages the candidates and extracts their context. You get the session ID, project, date and a two-to-four sentence summary, plus the outcome of the work if you ask for it.
