Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pdf-table-extraction-camelot

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent extracts tables with camelot: the lattice method for tables with visible borders, the stream method for borderless tables. It selects the pages you want and returns each table as a pandas DataFrame, ready to export to Excel.
