Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install per-conversation-cost-view

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent groups spend by session rather than by agent or model. It lists tracked sessions with their start time, message count, main model and cost, which helps spot long sessions on an expensive model. It can also roll up by project.
